Mombasa Youth Tournament – Taita Taveta County

Following the immense success of the 1st Edition of the Mombasa Youth Tournament last year, we are proud to announce the return of an even bigger and better edition this December.

This year’s tournament will feature close to 100 teams from across the country, bringing together young talents in a vibrant celebration of sports, unity, and mentorship.

We are also honoured to unveil the Office of our Area MP, Hon. Omar Mwinyi as the Major Partner and Sponsor for this edition, an invaluable partnership that strengthens our vision for youth empowerment through sports.

Beyond the game, this tournament stands for a greater purpose. Under the theme:

we continue to use sports as a platform to drive awareness and positive social change. Last year, our focus was on the fight against Fentanyl drug abuse, a growing challenge among young people. While that campaign remains ongoing, this edition places stronger emphasis on mental well-being, recognizing its deep connection to substance abuse and youth vulnerability.
