What happens when only a deposit is paid?
Exploring Mombasa collects the required deposit and deducts the applicable commission. The accommodation collects the outstanding balance directly from the guest according to the terms shown during booking.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is calculated from the confirmed booking amount at the rate that applies to the partner type.
