The Amani Blitz & Beats Chess Festival returns to Diani with a full day of competitive chess, live art, poetry, spoken-word performances, and DJ sets that carry the energy into the evening. This rooftop experience brings together players of all levels, young and adult, for a vibrant community event celebrating creativity and strategy.
This edition features a FIDE-rated Blitz Arena (7 rounds, 10+0), an inclusive Open Section, and a dynamic Junior Section for U7, U11, U15, and U19 (boys & girls).
With 50,000+ KES in prizes, live music, and open-mic sessions, the festival blends the spirit of competition with the rhythm of coastal culture.
